Radiating a pale yellow glow, STATUS BRUT is a sparkling wine that truly stands out. We achieve this by carefully selecting French Colombard grapes from our family vineyard in Northern California, just outside Napa. After a long aging process, we remove all of the tannins right before our proprietary dosage formulation (a very expensive process). This not only enhances the flavor profile, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable taste but it delivers a very light, clean and refreshing bubbly experience that is like no other.
